We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our Commercial Insurance division. These hybrid roles offer the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office, providing you with a dynamic and supportive environment. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, while also having the opportunity to grow into an Insurance Producer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and billing questions.

- Provide detailed information about commercial insurance products and services.

- Support the insurance producers by managing and maintaining customer accounts and records.

- Assist in preparing and processing insurance documents and applications.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of the insurance industry.

- Contribute to team goals and objectives, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within the commercial insurance industry is required.

- Proficiency in AMS (Agency Management System) software preferred.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- A desire to learn and grow within the commercial insurance industry.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
